  Pauline Tang has performed extensively as a soloist, and as a chamber and orchestral musician in many countries of the world. She received her Master of Music degree in performance at James Madison University and pursued the Advanced Diploma at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. She was awarded numerous scholarships during her performance studies.

  Tang is one of the founders of “Splendour Music,” an organization that aims to present multimedia music with life messages. She is the syllabus advisor of the Hong Kong Schools Music and Speech Association Music Festival, a lecturer at The Chinese University of Hong Kong's School of Continuing and Professional Studies, as well as a guest speaker of the Bachelor of Music course "Performance Studies" from the Education University of Hong Kong. She is currently the concertmaster of the Global Symphony Orchestra, visiting artist of the S.K.H. St. Timothy's Primary School and BLANK_SPACE for performing music regularly.

​  Tang has interviewed and appeared on a TVB “Cultural Square”, “Tuesday Report”, RTHK Radio 4 “Children’s Corner” and Metro Radio's “Original Life” for actively promoting music and art in society. She recently appeared in the HKUST Alumni Magazine “Sound of The Success” and was invited as a featured alumnus for greeting HKUST’s 30th Anniversary video and her premiere performance at Shaw Auditorium Opening Ceremony.

  Tang's students' ages ranged from 3 to retired people. Her students have good results at the ABRSM and Trinity diploma exams (merit and distinction), are winners of the music festival competition and further study at the university with a music major. She won the Gold Prize Tutor Award from the Asia Musicians competition in 2021.
